Sean brings over 12 years of experience in UK Higher Education to his current role as Senior Admissions Manager – Applicant Services at Anglia Ruskin University (ARU). He is a leader with a focus on exceptional customer service and streamlining the applicant journey, from initial enquiry to successful enrolment.
To date his career includes working at the University of East London and London South Bank University. Sean has a strong track record of innovation and continuous improvement and has implemented creative methods to engage applicants and developed efficient communication strategies to enhance their experience.
At ARU, Sean is exploring the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to automate tasks and further support the Admissions team which shows his dedication to innovation and a positive applicant experience.
