Biography

Having worked at UCAS for 14 years, Courteney started as a temp staff member ahead of Clearing in 2011 and has since held a variety of roles. He was most recently the Head of Customer Contact and now the Head of Operations, Courteney is responsible for the delivery of the admissions services including Confirmation and Clearing as well as the Results Service alongside Customer Contact for all audiences.
