The dynamic between undergraduate applicants and universities has shifted significantly across the last two admission cycles. Many providers report a growing sense of disconnect, feeling less acquainted with their applicant pools than in prior years, which complicates the prediction of applicant behaviours as the cycle progresses. In this session, we aim to uncover strategies to develop a more meaningful understanding of this crucial group, striving to forge a closer and more supportive relationship throughout their application journey.
