Alison Charles
Customer Success Manager, UCAS
Alison joined UCAS in 2015 as a Relationship Manager, supporting higher education providers across the North. In her current role as Customer Success Manager, Alison leads the Customer Success Team, providing frontline support for providers and advisers. She also oversees provider management and cultivates relationships with smaller providers, helping them enhance their admissions strategies and processes.
Alison has worked in admissions for over 30 years. Her career in admissions began in Further Education in 1994 before transitioning to Higher Education in 1998 at the University of the West of England. In 2001, she joined UMIST, where she played a key role in admissions during the 2004 merger with the University of Manchester. Following the merger, she served as Undergraduate Admissions Manager at the University of Manchester until moving to UCAS.
