Annual Admissions Conference 2022

Changing behaviours and personalised journeys

Tuesday 05 April 2022 16:00 - 17:00
Open to all

Summary

Prospective students are less willing to share data but expect more from universities in terms of personalisation. Tracking interactions, communications and behaviours help to create a strong and sustainable pipeline, while building your future communities, delivers results and impact for institutions. UniQuest and Kingston University will share their experience of transforming engagement, conversion and enrolments across 2020 and 2021. Kingston University has successfully transformed its student recruitment landscape, enabling growth in student numbers and an increased market share of both Home and International recruitment. Kingston has worked alongside UniQuest to deliver a proactive approach to conversion and recruitment since 2017. With over 1.3 million data points, UniQuest has extensive experience of using data to improve student conversion from first point of enquiry to enrolment working in partnership with universities across the UK and US. Data is used to underpin activity and enable an agile approach to recruitment, pivoting in-cycle to meet changing student demands. In the session we will share data, strategic approaches and outcomes through a presentation and question and answer session to enable delegates to share their own experiences. It will cover both Home and International approaches.
