Alex is the Head of Operations & Infrastructure at Keele University and is responsible for cybersecurity, servers, storage and cloud platforms at the University. He has helped lead the University on its first steps with cloud computing and adopting a cloud first approach, as the University undertakes its Digital Transformation where service, security, cloud, and automation are key. Previously Alex was the IT Services Manager for the Faculty of Medicine & Health Sciences at Keele where he ran a multi-disciplinary team in a busy faculty.
