Having joined Capgemini in 2008, Ruth currently leads Capgemini UK’s Talent programmes for graduates and apprentices. Ruth drives Capgemini’s early and emerging talent strategy, creating opportunities to enable the business to grow their leaders of the future and building skills needed to fill the skills gaps faced within the digital and wider economy.
