Fraser joined UCAS in 2015, and is currently leading a project to tangibly improve UCAS’ information & advice service, by beginning to implement personalisation. Previously, he led the Product Management Team, and was responsible for the application management strategy. Prior to joining UCAS, Fraser gained a wealth of experience in product management, primarily from a digital background, developing and building software for a wide range of blue chip clients.
