Address of school/centre

Please give both the legal and trading name, if different.

Department for Education establishment number for England, Wales, Scotland, or Northern Ireland 

  • The DfE number is relevant to English and Welsh schools and can be found on Edubase under LA/Estab.
  • The equivalent for Scottish schools is a SEED number and can be found on the Education Scotland website.
  • The equivalent for Northern Irish schools is an IRN (Institution Reference Number) and can be found on the DENI website.

UK Provider Reference Number (UKPRN) 

Your UK Provider Reference Number (UKPRN) can be found on the UK Register of Learning Providers.
