Our customer success directors are:

They will work in collaboration with key customer managers and other key teams in the business (below) to understand your strategic goals and realise your recruitment strategies. They are also supported by the new customer success team in Operations (resulting from a merge of the HEP team and Client Services team) who continue to service your operational needs and UCAS campaign bookings.

The Customer Success Team supports you in all areas relating to our application processes and operational policy - they can also support technical issues and escalate problems across the business as appropriate.

This team provides a telephone and email support service to all providers on using UCAS' systems to maintain course listings.
