- The promoter is: UNIVERSITIES AND COLLEGES ADMISSIONS SERVICE (company no. 2839815 whose registered office is at Rosehill, New Barn Lane, Cheltenham, GL52 3LZ (“UCAS”).
- Employees of UCAS or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the draw or helping to set up the draw shall not be permitted to enter.
- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter.
- On Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 14 to 18 December 2015, there will be a daily prize draw. One prize will be given each day. All entrants from the daily draws will be entered into an overall prize draw to win an iPad air. The closing time for daily entries will be midnight. After this, no further entries to the draw will be considered for that day.
- The winner for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday’s daily prize draws will be announced the following day via Facebook and Twitter. The daily and the overall prize winner from Friday’s draw will be announced on Monday 21 December 2015. If any prize winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 7 days of notification, UCAS reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
- Entrants will be able to enter a maximum of five times (one entry per day between Monday 14 December 2015 and Friday 18 December 2015). Entries for the last prize draw will close at midnight of Friday 18 December.
- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
- UCAS reserves the right to cancel or amend the draw and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the draw will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
- The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this draw.
- No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and UCAS reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
- UCAS decision in respect of all matters to do with the draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- UCAS will own the copyright in all entries. By entering, all contestants agree to assign copyright in their entries to UCAS.
- By entering this draw, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- The draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
- The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
- The winner’s name and county will be available 24 days after closing date by sending a stamped addressed envelope to UCAS at the above address.
