We’ve introduced two new features to the adviser portal to help you better support students in accessing the free school meals (FSM) fee waiver from UCAS.
Enhanced filtering options
You can now filter students based on their responses to the FSM question. This will help you quickly identify which students may impact centre invoicing. Use filtering to identify students who:
- answered ‘no’, ‘don’t know’, or left the FSM question unanswered
- selected ‘FSM fee waiver’ or 'pay centre’ as their payment option and submitted their application to the centre
New alerts
We’ve added alerts to notify you when your centre is set to be invoiced. These alerts will appear at two points in the application management process:
- Application review: You'll be notified when reviewing student applications.
- UCAS submission: A final alert will appear at the point of submission to UCAS.
