If you have a more general query, check the university or college website – they’re packed with information and can often answer your question.

If you do have to call your university, please be patient – their phone lines can get extremely busy at this time of year.

If you need to talk to us, for a quick response it's best to use the phone or social media.

We take your security very seriously, so we need to speak to you on the phone to process changes.

We're open Monday to Friday, 08:30-18:00. We will open at 08:00 on Thursday 17 August (UK times).
