Our customer service advisers are expected to deal with all callers with politeness and respect, and we would expect our callers to offer the same courtesy to our staff. If a caller uses offensive or inappropriate language during the course of a call, or in an email or letter, then our staff are empowered to terminate the call or to refuse to answer the correspondence should an initial warning prove ineffective. Should the caller continue to exhibit such behaviour in the course of subsequent contacts then we reserve the right to cancel the application.
